Shipping Policy

All orders are processed (except store exclusives and custom products) are processed in within 24 hours and shipped the next day (excluding sunday, monday, weekends and holidays. So if a order is placed on saturday, sunday and monday, all the orders placed on these days will be shipped on tuesday ) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped with live shipment tracking number, link and other details
  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipping to all the states.

International Shipping Policy

 

We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
 
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Refunds Policy

 

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery only if the item arrives damaged or we exchange the item if it is not the preferred size and is unused and in its original condition, in case if return we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs and processing fees incurred in the process for the return.
 
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sneakerlabindia@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
 
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If your order contains any Archives item(s), please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process. Archives items will be shipped separately from regular items
